Q: WHAT IS A THE POWER SWING®?
A: THE POWER SWING®is an adjustable, weighted, training device, specifically designed to enable golfers to increase their club head speed, body strength, flexibility, endurance, muscle memory, follow thru and other technical aspects related to your golf swing. All of this adds up to increased strength and club head speed which will result in greater distance.
When you swing THE POWER SWING®, each swing will equal approximately 4-6 times a regular golf club swing. Research indicates that a one mile per hour increase in swing speed produces two to three yards increase in distance. An increase of 5 miles per hour in club head speed would equate to an additional 10-15 yards more distance in every shot. THE POWER SWING® training will increase your swing speed and add more distance to every club in your bag, not just the drivers.
Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE WITH ALL THE POWER SWING® TRAINERS?
A: There are two types of THE POWER SWING® trainers the WOODS and the IRONS trainers. They vary in length and weight depending on which one you order. The list of trainers from the heaviest to the lightest are the Tour Series, the Professional Series, Ladies Series, Champions Series and finally the Junior Series. All THE POWER SWING® trainers have adjustable weights that you can add or remove as you get stronger or get tired.

Q: HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH WEIGHT TO USE?
A: Start by removing all the weights inside the shaft. First remove the club head at the end of the club. Once the weights have been removed, replace the club head and securely tighten it. Then swing only with THE POWER SWING® trainer unloaded. As you get stronger and develop endurance you can try adding an additional weight and so on. Listen to your body and do not overexert yourself. Make sure you wear gloves on both hands, preferably baseball batting gloves.

Q: IS THE POWER SWING® EASY TO USE?
A: YES! Right after the first training drill, you will immediately feel the increase in your swing speed and flexibility. Then you will feel all the muscles associated with the golf swing strengthening. By continuously training with this device you will develop strength and endurance and you will learn how to study your own swing. Prior to use make sure you read the IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE. Q: DO I NEED TO BUY BOTH THE POWER SWING® TRAINERS?
A: NO! But, we recommend that you buy both, because this will help with both iron and wood shots. Most people have problems with one club or the other, especially the woods. There is a larger margin of error while using the longer wood clubs. Therefore, by training with THE POWER SWING® trainer, it will make it easier to hit wood shots.

Q: WHY SHOULD I BUY THE POWER SWING® TRAINER?
A: Because distance matters “Faster = Farther.” If you swing faster, you will hit the ball farther. If you hit the ball farther, you will score better. This training device makes a golf swing easy and less Mechanical. If you increase your swing speed by 10 mph, each mile of increase is equivalent to approximately three yards per mile and thus 10 x 3 = 30 yards longer drives. There are many other benefits.

Q: HOW DOES IT WORK?
A: THE POWER SWING® trainer is heavier than a regular golf club. It has two additional adjustable weights inside the shaft that you can remove or add the weight as desired. The weight is closely and evenly distributed throughout the shaft to give you the feel of a regular golf club. The length is similar to a regular golf club, that of a six iron or a three wood. It comes with a regular golf grip which gives you the true feel of a regular golf club. As soon as you start training with THE POWER SWING®, you will increase almost immediately your swing speed, physical strength, flexibility, endurance, muscle memory, follow through, body posture, proper stance and swing tempo. Q: HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT TRAINERS FOR ME?
A: For men who play more then three times per week and take the game extremely serious, choose the Tour Series. This THE POWER SWING® trainer is for those who have a low handicap. Most men will be satisfied with the Professional Series. Seniors, you have your own Senior Series and for ladies, we have the Ladies Series. For teenagers, there is the Champion Series and for kids over Ten years of age, the Junior Series. All kids must be supervised by an adult and cleared by a physician prior to using this training club.

Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A WOOD AND AN IRON THE POWER SWING® TRAINER?
A: Most golfers have problems with either their IRONS or WOODS, sometimes both. The golf swing plane path changes with your irons and woods. Your woods are longer therefore your swing plane must change in accordance with the length of your club. Your golf swing becomes a little bit flatter the longer the club. Also, the longer the club the larger the margin of error. You must learn to get the feel of both clubs in order to hit a consistent golf shot, whether it is an Iron or a Wood. We recommend both training devices to all golfers.

Q: CAN I HIT GOLF BALLS WITH THE POWER SWING® TRAINER?
A: Yes, only after you have developed endurance and physical strength. Use only THE POWER SWING® unloaded when hitting balls placed on a golf Tee. You must use caution at all times. Read the IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE prior to use.

Q: WHERE CAN I USE MY TRAINER?
A: You can use THE POWER SWING® trainer Indoors & Outdoors - just about any where. Make sure you maintain a 10’ feet radius clearance at all times during training. You can also take it the driving range and hit balls with it off a golf Tee. Don’t forget to adjust the weights. It is also perfect to use as a warm-up trainer prior to a round of golf. Q. CAN I TAKE MY THE POWER SWING® TRAINER ONTO THE GOLF COURSE?
A: This amazing training device is presently being prepared for submission and analysis to the USGA. Currently it could probably be considered a 15th club. You cannot swing ANY training device during an official round of golf without acquiring a penalty stroke.
